Just to be clear, it was not a matter of confusionI spoke with numerous Reps with this company and it wasn't until the next morning that I finally got someone to refund the $The other reps that I had spoken with right after ordering all told me I HAD to cancel with the auto system that they could not help me with the cancellationAlso when I called to initially argue about the $it was told to me to just keep the pills and lose the weight that I had said I needed to loseHow do they know I was purchasing that for myself? Honestly, that is not a comment that needs to be made and it was made by multiple reps, not just oneThey also told me that there was no way they could help me and if I didn't want it then I shouldn't have placed the order to begin withThey would not even try to help me with the cancellation issueThe just kept saying that I'm stuck with the charge because they cannot cancel anything or refund anything Very very very unprofessional business you have going on there

account. You did call back in and speak to a representative who acknowledged that you did cancel the product within the trial period therefore the representative refunded your account in the amount of $29.71. This took place on 11/24/15, typically it take 3-days for a refund to post, so depending on how fast your financial institution processes transactions this refund should already be reflected on your account.Today we went ahead and refunded the initial shipping charges of $and $4.90. Please allow 3-business days for the refund to reflect on your accountAt this point all your accounts with our company are closed and have been fully refunded.
