She broke contract. She broke the law. She went too far. Revolutions Bookkeepers did a job, but they did not complete the job. Owner [redacted] has released my private business Financial reports to a third party. This is illegal and she admittedly did so. To Whom It May Concern;

My company, Revolutions Bookkeepers, LLC was contracted with [redacted], a managing member of the [redacted] for clean-up and reconciliation of their books for 2014 and 2015. Mr. [redacted] and I determined the scope of the project, wrote a contract...

based on that scope, and executed the contract together. All work was done to the satisfaction of this member. I wasn't contacted by Mr. [redacted] until November of 2015.
Mr. [redacted] and I determined that due to the fact that the Point of Sale system already tracked each individual item by SKU and we trusted those numbers, as well as budget constraints, it made more sense to put in inventory numbers as a total. We adjusted the inventory total to agree to totals provided by the Point of Sale software. The contract between us implicitly stated that inventory would be adjusted, not tracked by individual items. The CPA signed off on the books, and a tax return was created. Mr. [redacted] was, and remains, very happy with the work done.

In November of 2015 I was contacted by Mr. [redacted] and instructed to no longer correspond with Mr. [redacted], despite my contract being with the latter. Mr. [redacted] told me he was taking Mr. [redacted] off the business incorporation documents, and wasn't letting him know about it until later. This seemed quite strange to me. All of my interaction with Mr. [redacted] was strange and seemed to not be fully on the up and up. He asked for a new contract, which I provided. I then got an email, less than a few weeks later, firing my firm. No reason was given. I was then contacted and asked to finish out 2015 and provide the 1099s, which I  did. No further inventory was provided. I was then sent a barrage of emails demanding a refund for services rendered, to which I tried to explain the contract and the scope, but all explanations were greeted with accusations and condemnations.

Mr. [redacted] was not interested, nor was he involved in the process that Mr. [redacted] and I decided on. Once he got involved he was there only to point fingers and make accusations. I don't work this way, or with people who aren't open and transparent with their business affiliates. I am sorry Mr. [redacted] felt the need to file this complaint, however, I fulfilled the duties of my contract, work was happily accepted and taxes have been filed on said work, as well as payment remitted. If Mr. [redacted] would like to get a quote on what it takes to add items to QuickBooks when there are more than 100 SKUs item by item I can guarantee that quote would be at least three times greater than the very budget friendly amount of money [redacted] agreed to and was charged.
Thank you, in advance, for your time.
