Extremely poor customer service. Paid for a pair of 80$ jeans two weeks ago, tracking information leads to nowhere. No contact from sender, phone number doesn’t go through. Essentially no response from company.
Good morning, Revtown Jeans reached out to me this morning informing me that our package is still in route. It has been over two weeks since purchase time. They also stated that they normally aren't allowed to refund but were willing to refund our money and if the product does ever show up to let them know. I will keep you posted on any more developments from this company. Thanks***
They have informed my husband that he will be receiving a full refund.
