Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The Items I reeceived on 6/17/is NOT the trial size, Even if they were the trial size I would still return them and I would like the $charges refunded to my CC so I can return return these items? Our company strives to provide high quality products and exceptional service to all our customersWe have reviewed this customer's complaint and have issued a refund for the $which was the cost of rush processing which was selected by the customer at time of checkoutThe two charges for $
were for the trial which the customer clearly agreed to and was explained the same thing when she contacted our customer serviceShe received almost $worth of product for the cost of shipping and handling, so we are not clear as to what the problem isAs it was indicated, her account was cancelled on 6/and she is not receiving any further charges to her card
We are certainly do not "scam" our customers and have fulfilled all the responsibilities as per our terms and conditionsWe have tens of thousands of very satisfied customers that use our products daily.
We consider this complaint resolved and the matter closed

The customer is confused on what was provided to herThere are no trial sizes offered and instead a full month supply of our products had been shipped out for her to tryThe two shipping charges of $are non-refundable, but since we try to ensure full customer satisfaction, we will go ahead and make an exception and issue a full refund on those charges as wellThere is no need for the customer to ship back the productsThe customer has now been refunded 100% of the transactions and we consider this complaint closed.

However, all the issues described in the complaint are simply not trueFirst, our company is not switching names or doing anything to hide our identityThere are multiple ratings because some customers have filed complaints using the address for some our service providers such as our fulfillment company, so it causes some confusionIf the customer had reviewed our Revdex.com complaints, she will see that all are responded to and in most cases, we resolve the customer's issue.
Secondly, there is misinformation on what was actually ordered by the customerNowhere on our website do we list that there is a "Free Trial"The terms of the trial offer are clearly displayed on the website, the checkout page, and a link to the terms is also provided on the confirmation email that is sent out after every orderThe customer called our support number and spoke to one of our representativesShe never requested a refund and just was offered a discount of $on future shipments which was refusedThe customers account was cancelled as per her requestAs for not accepting returns, that is also not true as we provide the return address on our website, but we don't accept returns on opened products which is a standard policy for most companies
The customer claims we are a fraudulent company even though she admits in this complaint that she never reviewed the terms of the offerWe suggest that in the future the customer read what she is signing up for instead of falsely accusing the company of wrongdoing.
Since the customer has been refunded the requested amount, we consider this complaint resolved and the matter closed.
