Ms*** purchased numerous prepaid Visa reward cards from Reward Card Solutions over the course of more than a year. The majority of those cards were purchased and fully paid for by RCS from *** *** ***., and resold to the *** ** *** ***. Although RCS and the *** ** *** *** both paid in full for the cards, DCR is not honoring them any longer
RCS is currently trying to rectify the problem through legal action and will provide the *** ** *** *** updates as they become available on this action.

Ms. [redacted] purchased numerous prepaid Visa reward cards from Reward Card Solutions over the course of more than a year.  The majority of those cards were purchased and fully paid for by RCS from [redacted]., and resold to the [redacted].  Although RCS and the [redacted] both paid in full for the cards, DCR is not honoring them any longer.
 
RCS is currently trying to rectify the problem through legal action and will provide the [redacted] updates as they become available on this action.

I'm not satisfied with the RCS response because ** is still out $12,000 worth of gift cards. These gift cards were supposed to be funded through January 31, 2014, but the funds were removed from them well prior to this date.
