This is a response regarding Complaint Id [redacted] Please be assured that we have addressed the complaint.We had provided dental services to the patient and the patient had agreed to pay the treatment cost in installments.We had set up a payment plan and $had to be withdrawn automatically every month for months.On 9/22/2016, we refunded the patient $on patient’s request.We have also pushed her automatic payment withdrawal by months.We understand that our patients could sometimes be in financial trouble and we work with them.We would request that the patient take back their complain
