They didn't contact me and caused my credit to be threatened!
I see there have been plenty of Revdex.com complaints about this company, so this must be the right oneI never received an account number or their address because I never got a bill from these people! I got a call from a collections agency, on a recorded line saying they would settle for $off the amount of $1967, and threatened to tarnish my credit! The agency did not provide me with any contact info for Schumacher, but I found Schumacher's websiteThe "Contact Us" section did not provide a contact phone number, so I attempted several times to find a good number for them I finally found one, and after speaking with three different representatives, still could not get any satisfactory information about what the charges were for! I demanded to speak with a supervisor, who was of course unavailable They said the services involved some kind of coding for the ridiculous amount charged, and that I was unable to make a comp
This was a situation that should have been taken care of 1/years agoNow, this will be shown up on my credit history for the next years
On Saturday, 2/24/18, I received a collections letter in the mail from Synerprise Consulting Services (SCS) This collections letter was to attempt to collect $for the company the "Schumacher Group" (SG) On 01/09/16, I was seen in the emergency room at Lake StLouis Hospital: SSM HealthUpon arriving, I paid a $emergency room copay and gave them a copy of my insurance cardMonths later, I received a bill in the mail from the SG in the amount of $for physician's fees that were not covered by insurance because the physicians at SSM Health (SSM) are all out of network for any insuranceI was never informed, prior to being seen by the physician, that their services would be considered out of networkI have no documentation stating that and therefore should not be held accountable to pay the $that was charged to me wi
