I paid a deposit of $40 when I signed a contract with Rexburg Storage. To break the contract I had to contact them a month before moving out which I did in November 2019. I told them December would be my last month using the storage. We had moved everything out and cleaned the storage unit by December 10th. They charged me $20 for January 2020 so I called the owner and asked to be refunded for that month and to receive my deposit. He said he would refund me and send me the deposit, but he never did. I gave him my new address several times and called and texted him to remind him. He kept saying he would send the money to me, but he never did. It is now 8 months later and I have not received the $40 deposit or the $20 refund.
