Rey's Used Appliances

We bought a used refrigerator from Rey's and it was delivered on November 10, They plugged it in and said it would take a while to get cold Well it never did We lost ALL of our food We called Rey's the next morning and they came out and checked the refrigerator, tried to adjust it but it didn't work They took it away and said they would refund our $to our credit card We waited almost three weeks and calling them off and on They kept saying their bank would return our money Long story short, I just finished filing a dispute with my bank's credit card Buyer Beware!!!

I went to Rey's used appliances and gave him a deposit of $and my stackable washer and dryer with the agreement that I would give him another $when they deliver the ones I asked him forHe promised I would have them in daysHowever it took him weeks to deliver themTo make things worst he brought the wrong ones and they didn't even workMy husband called him and told him we wanted our money backHe refused saying he would have to talk to his so called brother who is the ownerHe had come over and he checked the washer and dryer and called someone saying those are not the onesHe took those and brought me another set until the other set came from Hartford CTWell the ones he brought to replace the ones he brought first didn't work eitherHe came a couple of times to fix them but nothingEverytime my husband called him he would tell him he's waiting for a part meanwhile I still haven't gotten the ones I really boughtSo I decided to take him to court and I'm anxiously waiting in which is coming very soonSo my advice to anyone who's come across this individual and has the same issuesI'd say court would be your optionHe does not want to budge for anythingHe's business is not even register in city hallI went to West Springfield and Springfield city hall and there's no such business existingThis guy is a fraud likes to take people's hard earned money and run with it
