Beware !!!! We were repeat customers and when there was an issue this last time it was completely dinished Low rent mentality, unless the place is on fire it isn't important Not to mention that the person handily the issues is the daughter of the owner she ain't worried It was like there is anything there other than "oh well" my job is secure my mom is the boss It's the simple things that matter She's the one handling the issues

Review: We gave in the car to service. When we gave it in there was no leak on the passenger's side door panel. When I went to go and pick up the car on 9/12/13, I noticed there was a leak. Asked them to take a look at it because it was clearly something resulting from their work. Never have I touched the door panel. They refuse to look at it without charging an additional $100 just to diagnose plus the labor required to correct the issue itself.

Customer service reps/service managers LITERALLY yelled at me, refused to even look at it and hung up on me.Desired Settlement: Fix what they damaged without charging me a single additional penny.

Response:

The customer states there is a water leak on right interior of car since we repaired the windshield wipers. The repaired we performed had nothing to do with the right door or anything in that area. I explained this to the customer but he was very rude and insisted we repair the leak at no charge to him. I also should mention the right rear door and the right front rocker panel have previous damage which I can supply pictures if needed. This damage could be related to the water. I would be willing to check the vehicle but the customer is responsible for any charges.

Review: I have purchased a used car from this dealer in April 2013. I live in PA so they gave me a two-week NJ temporary registration. Before the registration expired I called the dealership and told them that I have not received PA registration. They said that they have sent the paperwork to PA and that I should check with penndot. I called penndot and they said they have not received any paperwork for the car with that VIN number I have. I called the dealership several times that day and talked to two employees. Finally by the end of the day one of them, [redacted], said that he sent me the paperwork with overnight delivery. I have received a plate, temporary tag that will expire on July 29th and a pink paper that I used to get the inspection on the car done.

I have waited to receive the PA registration but have not received it as of today, July 23rd. Last week I have called penndot to ask about the registration of my car and they told me that it is not being processed because there is a discrepancy in the odometer in the paperwork they have. The penndot representative told me that they have communicated the issue to the "messenger" but have not received correct information so the paperwork is not processing. My brother called the dealership and talked to [redacted] to tell him about the problem and [redacted] said he would follow up on it. My brother called [redacted] two days later and [redacted] said that the issue was "an extra digit in the VIN number" that prevented the processing and that the dealership have called penndot and fixed the problem and that if I don't receive my paper on July 26th I should contact them and they will send me another temporary registration. I have called penndot today, July 23rd, and the representative told me that the paperwork is still not processing because of the issue of odometer discrepancy and that they had contacted the messenger but they have not received any correction, basically the same problem as before.Desired Settlement: I would like the dealership to refund what they charged me for the registration and I will do the registration myself. But I would like an explanation on the odometer discrepancy issue first.

Response:

As of 9:26 am on 8/15/13 the permanent registration for the car [redacted] purchased from us was delivered to her via fedex. The odometer discrepancy that Ms.[redacted] referred to was an error made by NJ MVC. When NJ MVC transferred the title, they listed 747,027 miles instead of the actual miles 74,727. Getting the mileage is what caused the delay in Ms.[redacted] receiving her permanent registration.

The owner of Reydel VW has resolved the issue but only after I hired an attorney to take care of the issue. Without the attorney I am sure my problem wouldn't have been resolved until now. Not every person can hire an attorney for a simple purchase of a used car and the process should have gone much smoother than this.
