The customer, [redacted], was aware that this store sold used appliances that may not be working in perfect condition since they are not new. This is why We give our clients a 90 day Warranty where We go Out and fix the broken appliance, or in case it cannot be fixed, replace it with a new one. We...
do not give refunds. This is stamped on [redacted] receipt. The first fridge she bought broke within the 90 day warranty and we replaced it. The second one also broke, but after the 90 day warranty. The client called and Was uncooperative with the options We were giving her. We called her Son and we were able to come to an agreement and brought him another fridge. The fridge is working fine and everything is settled now.

Well yes, the fix they suggested was to supply yet another non-functioning refrigerator. I just want them to come get it. I don't think I'll get my money back but at least I won't have to pay to remove their junk.
