The vehicle is well worth $ Recently, this vehicle was hail damaged a few weeks ago and State Farm issued a check for body damage to vehicle of $ I have $deductible so I would have to assume the vehicle is worth at least $! The interior of the car is in the process of being redone as there is significant damage to the interior from a water leak from the sunroof Even a scrap metal place would give one $for a huge Cadillace Escalade In addition, I do own a double-wide and land valued at $106,free and clear in Tomball Virginia originally told me I said the car was a car What I told her was I had titles on a Kia Spectra as well as a Cadillac This firm is obviously trying to defraud me I am a disabled year old woman , recently widowed and crippled, and recently diagnosed with a rectal tumor Treatments for this have already cost me about $in one month! Obviously, I cannot take a $hit like this In the past few weeks, Virginia said she sent a money order to me for the $ I found it odd for a legitimate business to use money orders for a refund Then she said she sent it to the wrong address, when I called and said I never got it This also seemed strange as as the driver and Virginia seemed to have NO problem finding my home to collect the $cashJon M [redacted] and his wife had to spend time to get to my Escalade back from them They did not return it So, it seems she appears to have misrepresented the truth again ! This firm seems to have fraudulent means of dealing with prospective customers I can and will take them to small claims court I am sure my complaint will prevail If I prevail, I will also be suing for all court costs In addition, all my phone calls to Virginia go to her bosses voicemail, and are ignored by the reported owner of this business, MrRay H*** The owner has made NO attempt to resolve this As one song says, I will not go down and I will not go quietly By this I mean, I will tell EVERYONE I know about the unfair and fraud of R [redacted] Bail Bonds if they do not refund the entire $ One dissatisified customer can be a really BAD thing for any company It behooves this firm to refund my $immediately As I said, NO ONE told me about this supposed refund policy in advance This is a bold faced lie [redacted] Case [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]
Regards,I do not accept this response to close this complaint.  This so called refund policy was not explained to me in advance in ANY WAY shape or means or EVER until now.  Virginia R[redacted] said since I was disabled they would come and get the vehicle.  There was NO MENTION of a fee of any kind for this "service."    The vehicle is well worth $500.00.  Recently, this vehicle was hail damaged a few weeks ago and State Farm issued a check for body damage to vehicle of $2501.00.  I have $1000 deductible so I would have to assume the vehicle is worth at least $3501.00 !  The interior of the car is in the process of being redone as there is significant damage to the interior from a water leak from the sunroof.  Even a scrap metal place would give one $500 for a huge 2005 Cadillace Escalade.  In addition, I do own a double-wide and land valued at $106,000.00 free and clear in Tomball.  Virginia originally told me I said the car was a 2008 car.  What I told her was I had titles on a 2008 Kia Spectra as well as a 2005 Cadillac.  This firm is obviously  trying to defraud me.  I am a disabled 64 year old woman , recently widowed and crippled, and recently diagnosed with a  rectal tumor.  Treatments for this have already cost me about $2000 in one month!  Obviously, I cannot take a $300 hit like this.  In the past few weeks, Virginia said she sent a money order to me for the $300.00.  I found it odd for a legitimate business to use money orders for a refund.  Then she said she sent it to the wrong address, when I called and said I never got it.    This also seemed strange as as the driver and Virginia seemed to have NO problem finding my home to collect the $300 cash. Jon M[redacted] and his wife had to spend time to get to my Escalade back from them.  They did not return it.    So, it seems she appears to have misrepresented the truth again !  This firm seems to have fraudulent means of dealing with prospective customers.  I can and will take them to small claims court.  I am sure my complaint will prevail.   If I prevail, I will also be suing for all court costs.  In addition, all my phone calls to Virginia go to her bosses voicemail, and are ignored by the reported owner of this business, Mr. Ray H[redacted].  The owner has made NO attempt to resolve this.    As one song says, I will not go down and I will not go quietly.  By this I mean, I will tell EVERYONE I know about the unfair and fraud of R[redacted] Bail Bonds if they do not refund the entire $300.    One dissatisified customer can be  a really BAD thing for any company.  It behooves this firm to refund my $300.00 immediately.  As I said, NO ONE told me about this supposed refund policy in advance.  This is a bold faced lie.  [redacted] Case [redacted]

Sent: Thursday, May 07, 2015 3:56 PMTo: drteamSubject: Revdex.com Case #[redacted]
Helvetica, sans-serif;">Afternoon, I am responding to a complaint that [redacted] L. [redacted] filed against our company. On March 12, 2015 Ms. [redacted] called our office to get information on a Richard M[redacted] who was incarcerated at the time, therefore I gave her all the Bail Bond information and requirements to post a Bail Bond. Ms. [redacted] stated that she did not have a way to get to our office to complete paperwork and pay. In explaining to her that I needed collateral for a Bond in the amount of $5,000.00 I told her I need a property owner or a vehicle along with the title that has to be brought in to be appraised to guarantee the Bail Bond. Ms. [redacted] spoke to my GM and told him that she had two vehicles she said we could use her Escalade but she had no way to bring it to us, my GM told her our Company policy is she has to come in with the vehicle finally he agreed to allow myself to leave the office and go to her home to have her give me the original paperwork she filled out via email and to be able to pick up the Escalade to bring to the office to be appraised also collect the Bail Bond Fee.  After going to Ms. [redacted]'s home and gathering all the paperwork along with the Bail Bond Fee and having someone drive the vehicle back to the office to be appraised, once I returned to the office I was told her vehicle was not even worth $500.00 due to the condition it was in, therefore I called Ms. [redacted] to tell her we can not use that vehicle if she could get someone else to sign who is a home owner she said Mr. M[redacted]'s brother could. on March 13, 2015 Mr. M[redacted]s brother called to see what he could do to help I explained everything to him what he would be liable for and he stated he did not want to sign. If we do not have someone to sign with a stable job, a car and title, or a homeowner for $5,000.00 we can not do the Bond. Our Company policy on all Mobile Bonds meaning if one of our Agents has to leave the office and travel more than 7 miles to someone's location to complete paperwork, pick up a vehicle, or pick up a Co-Signer and bring them to our office, and the Bond is denied or the Co-signer changes their mind about doing the bond, we charge a automatic fee of $125.00 for traveling and we charge a $75.00 administrative voided fee for this Bond Amount of $5,000.00 for all of our paperwork we have done to get the Bond approved or if its denied. This is explained over the phone to anyone who is inquiring us to go to their location. Our company had to pay a off the schedule Agent to drive to Tomball Tx to pick up the vehicle and drive it back. Since Ms. [redacted] paid in cash I can only refund her in cash which she has to pick up in the office I can not mail cash, her refund is not $300.00 it is $100.00 after our Travel fee of $125.00 and Administrative Voided fee of $75.00. Should you have any further question please contact me at the number listed. please see attachments on our policy for refunds.
