The company would take responsibility for a 450.00 vase there staff broke.
Within 20 in minutes of starting a deep clean of my house a cleaner broke a 3 feet oriental vase. I told the crew to stop and leave. The company said it would only repay the 290.00 cleaning fee as opposed to for the vase.

Desired Outcome

Repsirment of the 450.00 for the vase

Paid for a "deep cleaning" but got damaged toilet, dirty table and counter tops, dirty dog bedding moved from floor and placed on clean beds.
Paid for a deep cleaning. I was unable to communicate with agents, they did not speak or understand English. They removed dusty items from under beds and placed on beds and on clean items. Picked up visibly dirty dog bedding and placed on clean beds. Used something abrasive and scratched up brand new, spotless, toilet lid and seat. The scratches were so deep in some places you could feel them. Countertops were gritty like they used a wet, dirty rag to wipe them. Table tops in dining room and living room not even touched. Guest bathroom floor had a shoe print, master bath didn't even look mopped. Didn't even smell like any cleaning products were used. They left shower head knob on and shower head pointed outward so when we turned shower on the next time water sprayed all over our bathroom.

Desired Outcome

We expect some form of refund as we paid for an initial "deep cleaning". The only deep cleaning that was done was cleaning under our beds but then they took those dirty items and placed on beds and on top of other clean items. We definitely want our damaged toilet seat and lid to be paid for, we have the receipt. Service was on 03/25, toilet seat was bought 3/20 from Home Depot for $44.98 (does not incl tax). When we called for resolution today they simply said "we'll do better next time." We declined to have them return. We called a second time after sending pictures and were told "there is no management here right now."

After paying for a deep cleaning service for a fee of $160, we quickly noticed that none of the windows and blinds had been cleaned (which is an advertised service with their deep clean service). We live in a high rise loft so our windows and blinds are always open and it was noticeably still dirty. I called Customer service and kindly explained what happened and they said they would make sure to have the clean the blinds if we would pay to consider service for another $85 which we paid. I also asked them to use a product to mop with as the first time had no smell of any cleaning products at all. When I got home after the second clean I found many things: They had still not cleaned any of the window blinds, they had not vacuumed in our master bathroom (grass all over the rug from our dogs which I sent them a picture of), hadn't used any of the cleaning products they agreed to use, didn't take a key that they requested we pay to have made which we did, and then dropped some sort of cleaning product on a leather bar stool staining it (also sent them a picture of the stained stool). So here we are, now out $245 and not ever receiving the service agreed upon or paid for. To top it off, after sending pictures and kindly talking to their management they agreed they had done a bad job and agreed to come back one more time for a service at no charge so we could give them one last chance to earn our business. That service was supposed to be tomorrow and on finding out my spouse was being deployed today I inquired on moving that complimentary service a week and they responded with NO, the service would be cancelled, they would not be coming to clean again, and that we needed to part ways. Not until now did I truly get upset with them and again, we paid for a service we didn't receive - in my book that is called stealing.

Refund I stand by my initial request to kindly allow them to fix their mistakes of promising to deliver the service that we paid for. Now that they rudely have provided terrible customer service and said they won't honor their word of the complimentary service to make this better - I would like to get an apology from their management, to warn others of this companies shady practices and extremely poor customer service, and our money back for service paid for and not delivered.
