Reyna Heating & Air Conditioning Reviews (15)

I requested a quote from Reyna to install AC at my 84 year old Mom's home (I live out of Tucson and visited to be there for all estimates and contractor selection). Reyna was subsequently informed around 10 a.m. one morning via phone that at we had selected and contracted with another firm. They immediately offered a discounted estimate - I reiterated a different firm was selected. At 7:00 p.m. that evening they went to my 84 year old mother's home and asked why we went with the other firm, told her she could cancel the contract and that they would give her a good price. My mother indicated she "was scared" by thier visit.

When I found out they visited my mother at 7:00 p.m. for a hard business pitch -totally inappropriate, but even more so when I told them we were not going with thier firm (obviously a good move!) - I called and complained and when they tried to justify thier actions, just hung up. They subsequently texted me indicating that they asked for me and when informed I was not there left. Really sad that they not only harassed my Mom, but then indicated she was liar! Confirmed for me that they are not an honest group.

They failed to come to me house when an appointment (with a 4 hr time-frame) was made. No call was received to advise me that they would not come. They even tried to blame their customers for not being able to make it to their appointments on-time; apparently this occurs often. This particular instance was a reschedule of an earlier one I had with them. On that one, they called me just prior to the appointment time to say that they had to do some training. Did they not know they were going to do this and why did they not call me sooner? In both instances I left work to be home and lost 8 hrs of my vacation time to accommodate them. No compensation and no discounts were offered until I asked. And then all they offered was a $9 discount for the next service call that I would need to take an additional day off to be home for.

ATTENTION TO;Revdex.com RE; COMPLAINT#[redacted]To whom it may concern; On or about August 29, 2016 around 3:57 we spoke to Mrs., and Mr. [redacted] to see how we were going to resolve this issue. Customers were asking for additional warranties that are out of our hands and  that were never premised by our company. We asked the customer in what other way we could help them, and they insisted that we were responsible for the repairs that were made by [redacted] Services and that we should reimburse the money that was paid to [redacted] Services. Once again we explained them that we could not do it since they are out of labor warranty coverage, and our policy states that once a customer is out of labor warranty Customer is responsible to pay any repairs. Customers stated that they did not wanted to speak with us and that it was up to the Revdex.com to decide. To resolve this matter we are willing to void the service fee for the repairs made by our company back on April 28, 2015 by our company for $143.87. If you have any questions please give us a call at ###-###-####Sincerely, Reyna Heating & A/C

Customer [redacted] contracted our services for an installation of an a/c equipment. The contract agreement was for a Bryant 5 ton 13 seer Heat Pump Package conversion system with 10 years compressor warranty, 10 years parts and 1 (one) year Labor warranty. The installation was on...

05/14/2012. (Please see Contract Agreement #[redacted])We do not have any record of customer making calls to our office during the month of July. We did go on April 28, 2015 (please see service slip receipt) we replace a fuse and since customer was out of labor warranty we charge a fee of $143.87. Since then customer hasn't bothered to called our office to make payment for the outstanding balance. We have tried to collect payment but unfortunately we have not received payment.
Customer is asking for a reimbursement of services that were never performed by our company. Customer called [redacted] Services on February of 2016 paid $244 for Freon , fuses and labor, customer called them back on June 3, 2016 they did the same repairs as February of 2016 and once again charged the customer for a repair that they had already completed 3 months ago. Customer has to call [redacted] Services and ask them for a reimbursement since they made the same repairs on both dates and he was charged for it.
For now on every time customer has an issue the their a/c equipment, customer is responsible to pay for any repairs either with our company or someone else since there no labor coverage and they never paid for any extended labor warranty.
We are asking the customer to please submit payment for the outstanding balance, we are sorry for the inconvenience, but customers have to understand that once they are out of labor warranty there is not much we can do, the best way to help our customers is by giving the payment options. If you have any questions please feel free to give us a call. thank you
Sincerely,
Reyna Heating & Air Conditioning LLC

Out of company courtesy, Reyna Heating & A/C went out to inspect the damages without any cost to the client even though their labor warranties have already expired. Reyna Heating & Air Conditioning will not be covering any repair costs for this roof. The roof's damage is through out the...

whole roof not only where the unit is located.(Pictures provided) If the roof's damaged was caused by the HVAC unit, the damage would be only on the beams under the unit. The majority of the surrounding houses have HVAC units on the roof with out any damage. To our understanding, the damage to the structure is caused by the quality of the beams, as shown in the pictures, most of the cracks are coming directly from the wood rings. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact Reyna Heating & A/C [redacted]

I have used Reyna Heating & Air Conditioning to purchase HVAC units for two locations, my home and a rental property. The home unit installation was done improperly which caused the bottom of the unit to rust out in three years. I was told that they would install an [redacted] HVAC unit that had a lifetime warranty on the compressor, but they installed a [redacted] and put an [redacted] sticker on the unit. The [redacted] company told me, based on the serial number, that it was not an [redacted]. When I confronted the company they said that the unit was as an [redacted] and took no action to correct the situation. They did fix their faulty installation job, but the permanent damage done to the unit cannot be remedied. They did a better job installing the unit on the rental property, an [redacted] HVAC unit, but after one one and a half years there is a problem with the heating. Beware of using this business.

The sales man lied about the price would not recommend this company to anyone they lied about almost everything they offerd me when ever I try to get ahold of anyone I never get an answer they have no office to go to I wish I would have checked out the reviews first I right this hoping no one has to go through the same problem I went to..

I'm very satisfied with Reyna's Services I call them because my A/C broke down. They came right away and fixed the problem. They did an excellent job at a fair price. I will definitely recommend this company.

I do not accept the response from Reyna Heating and Cooling. We purchased the unit in good faith and we would expect to be treated fairly, as any consumer of their product should be. To have Reyna say that we were not timely with our call(s) complaining about the unit is unfair, and untrue. The serviceman from Reyna came and checked the unit and at that time replaced the fuses, or so we were told. When the second breakdown occurred, we called in our complaint and once again the fuses were replaced. Moreover, the repairman was discourteous and not at all friendly. The third occasion when the unit failed to turn on, we called Phoenix and waited for an answer which Christina the front office person said would be responded by the manager. We never heard from them. We suffered without heat during the cold weather and we suffered from the heat in the beginning of summer. It was then I called a local heating and cooling co. in Tucson. [redacted] heating and cooling helped get the unit going and we paid for his service and had to bring him back for the same reason. The third time he serviced the unit was when he replaced the the heat pump and filled the unit with freon. We paid out of pocket. NOW, for Reyna to say we should have [redacted] pay back our money is unethical, unfair and shows poor business practice on their part. If nothing else, Revdex.com should look further into making the public aware of their poor business practice.
