June 11, Dear [redacted] ;This Is In reply to [redacted] letter, [redacted] contacted our office on August 30,2013, to purchase tickets for her relativesWe are attaching her E-mail to our office.On September 04,our office e-mailed [redacted] to call us to verify all the information and the form of paymentAfter reviewing the itinerary and to her satisfaction on September 09,she called us and provided the credit card information needed to issue the four tickets.Before and after the tickets were issued she was informed that all tickets are not refundable and tton-transferable and there is a penalty for any changeShe agreed and she paid for the ticket with her brother credit card as stated aboveIn the traveling industry is a practice that for voiding an issued ticket the service fee, fluctuate from $75-to $dollarsAs a deference to her we charged her only $dollars for voiding the four tickets.I believe that we acted in good faith and good business practice.Sincerely,
