I received an email bill 2 years after the due date with no record of having the service done two years ago. No prior email for service.
I had received a bill that was allegedly due on 6/23/17. Reynolds Air & Heat had informed me that the bill was emailed to me on that date. I have no record. The only record I have from them is when they had replaced my unit and on 4/10/17 in which I had paid 2,343.00, and on 10/25/18 I had called and they had done a service call and a bill was paid $144.00 (on that same day). I have proof of both bills and payments. So when I received this bill for the service date on 6/23/2017 (2 years ago), I do not have any record of this service or any evidence of its existence. There was never an email sent to me. This bill is 2 years old and has never been sent to me via email as they have claimed they've done when I have spoke to them multiple times. We have even confirmed my email. I do not believe this service has happened, I have no record of it, and no prior bill until now. They have proof that I have paid my bills that I have received on the same day service is done. I do not have ANY proof that they in fact did any service on 6/23/17 and I was not sent a bill until now, almost two years later. Bad business practice.

Desired Outcome

I have proof of bills that were emailed to me before and after this alleged service date from two years ago. Due to this, I do not believe that this service has in fact happened, nor a bill should be due. To resolve, this bill should not be charged to me. In the future if I choose to use their services again, I will continue to pay on the same date of service as I've done in every instance and have proof to show.

We have serviced your equipment from March 2017 to present date, we have always been on time, performed our job with the up most integrity, answered all of your and your boyfriends questions and keep your AC running at a very fair price. I honestly believe your poor rating of us is due to a past due invoice you have with us and that you do not want to pay for the services we provided. We provided you with the date you called, the date the job was scheduled, the date and time the work was completed and the date and time your invoice was sent to you. I do apologize you are unhappy with the invoice but you were happy for the services provided to keep AC running and cooling operational. Feel free to call our office if you want to further discuss this matter.

I do not have any record of this happening. I did not make the call to you. You have not provided me with the date, the job done, or an invoice until last week. The only notice I have received is from the two emails last week. There is no record of a call made. My poor rating is due to this made up bill thats two years overdue and then accusing me of being delinquent. I am not sure of your financial situation, but fraudulently charging customers with dates of service from 2 years ago isn't right. I hope this doesn't happen to other customers. Please see the attached image of all correspondence and invoices sent by Reynolds Air and Heat to my email, and invoices paid. I am not going to pay an invoice that is not valid. I have no issue paying for a legitimate bill, but I'd rather spend the money with my lawyer than to pay a fraudulent charge. I am not happy with your customer service.

We have every date and time we have been at your property fixing your AC and keeping you cool, I explained this in detail to your per our phone conversation. We have never in our lives made up a fraudulent invoice. Your $114 past due invoice will never financially make us or break us, we just want to get paid for the work performed. I'm sure you don't go to work for free. Every single one of your jobs is documented in our system from time it was scheduled, the time it was completed and the time the invoice was sent via email. And yes, you were billed for job from 2017, that's how long its been past due. The issue is resolved on our end, we will no longer service any of your equipment. Have a great day.

I have paid every bill in my life and I have NEVER received a two year overdue bill from a company with no physical record of it anywhere. If you looked at the attachment I provided, the only emails that I've received regarding the "over due bill" was sent last week. You claimed to have emailed me 2 years ago, which is false. You have not provided any physical evidence of this event besides an overdue bill. I would be more understanding if you dropped the ball and didn't bill me until now, but provide evidence. But in attempt to ask for a record of this event, I was treated in an extremely rude manor over the phone with no resolution in sight. So I had decided to bring this to the the Revdex.com for resolution. I don't recall this service being done, I have no record of it nor provided any record, and no physical proof has been provided to me. Therefor as a consumer, why would I pay? How would I not consider this to be fraud? Due to the lack of professionalism I will no longer be using your service or be recommending you to anyone as well. Your last statement was that everything is cleared on your end. To clarify, does that mean I am no longer charged for this bill and we can both go on our way? Thank you.

We are so happy that we were referred to Reynolds Air and Heat!!! What a fantastic job they did removing out old HVAC system and replacing it. They were fast, very friendly, kept us up to speed all the way through. From Lisa in the front office to Zach and the whole team, we really had a very positive experience. Such a professional team and professional job they did. Based on the services we received, you just can't go wrong with Reynolds. Thank you all for your dedication to customer service and making the whole HVAC replacement a pleasant experience.
