I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I cannot say that my complaint is resolved completely. The refund is part of the resolution. The remaining piece is Reynolds is to pick up the mower and repair the broken parking brake/cruise control levers at no cost to me and return back to me after repairs are complete. They are scheduled to pick the mower up on Fri., 12/and told me it would take to 1/weeks to complete the repairs. The complaint will not be totally resolved until the mower is repaired and returned back to me

him we would honor his requestWe gave him a check for $which covered all issues he has ever had with us and we had his mower back to him the very next morning, Saturday We were more than fair with this customer
I just followed up with Merchant Services and they received our paperwork we sent them last weekMeanwhile Ronda will follow up with Laurie Benson to see if *** *** cashed our checkIf he did cash the check, then next step will be to fax that into Merchant Services as well
We are doing our best to resolve this issue

dispute response from [redacted]. Please see attached.
I spoke with the customer 2 Fridays ago about his issue. He was unhappy with the work done on his lawnmower and requested that we return his mower to him immediately the next day and give him his money back. I told him we would honor his request. We gave him a check for $769.34 which covered all issues he has ever had with us and we had his mower back to him the very next morning, Saturday.  We were more than fair with this customer.
I just followed up with Merchant Services and they received our paperwork we sent them last week. Meanwhile Ronda will follow up with Laurie Benson to see if [redacted] cashed our check. If he did cash the check, then next step will be to fax that into Merchant Services as well.
We are doing our best to resolve this issue.

In response to complaint, we have communicated with the customer, Mr. [redacted], and issued him a refund of $211.00 as he requested.  A copy of the check is attached which has been mailed to Mr. [redacted].
