We have contacted Mr [redacted] and resolved the issue- Brady J***CEOJolly Plumbing

Business called the customer and got everything resolved with the customerPer MrJolly he also issued the customer a refund

9/19=MrJolly said his business did the work that another plumber had bid on and the customer thought was too highJolly Plumbing did the window well job as requested, and did not do the diagnostics to determine if that job would solve the customer's problemJolly did the scope of work requested
cheaper that the first plumberIt did not solve her issue which was leaking in the basementWith the customer's permission, the Jolly crew did some digging of trenches to drain water away from the foundationThis was done for free and there is no warranty on that workThere is no refund available, eitherSince customer had a foundation issue, Jolly Plumbing suggested she get another company to fix the foundationThere is no refund available for the window well work since it was not Jolly's diagnosis that it would solve the customer's leaking foundation problemThey dug trenches in good faith to help alleviate the situation, but the customer was to get a foundation company to fix the foundationJolly gave customer a price to refurbish her yard after the foundation work was completed

I reject Jollys reply. I did not call Jolly because my regular Plumber was too high. I called them because my Plumber was so busy he couldn’t get to me before Winter. Jolly did not do the work that my Plumber bid since he was doing window wells and they only did Jolly never gave me a price to refurbish my yardI have a foundation Company but the fact that I have paid Jolly 7,for nothing is unacceptable to me and unfortunately I don’t have that kind of money to throw out the windowIn April *** Jolly came to my house and took pictures and acted like he was interested in helping resolve this mess. That was the last I ever heard from himOne valuable lesson learned from Jolly is to get EVERY WORD in writing. They have lied so much it is ridiculous! They saw two ladies, one elderly, and took advantage

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. We have agreed that Jolly Plumbing will subtract $from the original invoice and that they will not come back out to attempt another fix. The CEO did apologize for the issue and lack of communication on their part and was very polite during the conversationUltimately, the decision to not have Jolly see this issue through was based primarily on this occasion and from friends / family feedback after I started telling them all about it
