We have had nothing but excellent service from Reynolds Heating and CoolingWe just had our furnace and air conditioning replaced by themThey are honest, reliable, hard workers and careful to respect your home and belongingsWe had a problem with our electric and even though it was not a fault of theirs they called in an electrician from another company to help us on a weekendEven though we knew it wasn't anything they did they promised if it was it would be taken care of by themWhen we originally called them our air was leaking water into our furnaceOn further inspection we had a crack in our furnace and really were living on borrowed timeSo we decided to replace the heat and air now before winter hitThey got our air up and running and even though they weren't coming back for a week to replace it they did not charge us for the repair to keep us running and comfortableI totally expected to pay for that visitSo to say they went above and beyond the call of duty is an understatement! I believe in giving reviews after being ripped off by other companiesThe companies that do you right deserve that recognition

We charged $20 to replace the batteries which she claims were bad.  We have have no way of knowing if the batteries were bad,  as she would not allow us to come back.  We will refund the $20 for the installation of the batteries.
