I did contact the corporate officeI called many times, left messages and emailed twice with no reposnseI did not show up to the property, a friend did and informed us of the massive amount of smokeI'm not the only one complaining hereLook on yelp, many people left as well due to the smokeThe fire was miles away and a warming was issued to avoid outdoor activity due to the health threatThe staff was extremely unprofessional and rude and rejected my request to talk to a manager or district manager and wouldn't give me their contact info or even their name

This customer has not contacted the corporate office nor have we had the previous communication. Apparently this lady arrived at the property with a change of heart  and was very disagreeable trying to cancel her reservations as well another guest's reservation without their knowledge. She was...

quite abusive to our staff. There were fires in the Cascade mountain area but it did not impact the property. This is county owned land and there was a full triathlon scheduled event that weekend. Certainly were smoke to have been an issue the event would have been canceled! There was no cancelation and the events went on as planned. Thank you.

Review: This business is beyond difficult to deal with. We own a membership at Ocean Canyon Resorts, but all inquiries must go through Corporate Office. I have called the Corporate office multiple times and left messages, no one has EVER returned my phone call. I have emailed the business 3 times trying to obtain information on selling or transferring our membership. I received one reply (after my 2nd email) which stated they would get back to me with information. This was 3 weeks ago. I have still not been contacted on how I can transfer or sell my membership. I believe the poor customer service is a way of preventing the sale of memberships so that members will walk away from their memberships.I need specific information relayed to me in a timely manner, and a direct way to contact the business.Desired Settlement: I would like either a refund of our membership, or the opportunity to transfer or sale our membership. I need a reliable way to communicate with this company in a timely manner.

Review: We have been trying to sell or transfer our membership and the first one we had that wanted it was denied by [redacted] We have another person interested I have sent 3 faxes, called and left numerous messages and this has been going on for approximately 3 weeks and again no response. I have had no response to any prior questions from [redacted] she will send a letter but would not answer my questions she would just state what she felt not care to try to answer what I had asked. Her letters are rude and she will not call me directly to discuss anything and when she has her assistant [redacted] call she cannot answer my questions. We are retired and on a limited income we cannot use our membership and would like to transfer it to our niece but cannot find out if [redacted] will allow it or what we need to do. All I want us to transfer the membership and for directions on how to do this.Desired Settlement: We only want an okay to transfer to our niece [redacted] and instruction how to do it.

this customer has been very difficult as well will not ever take NO for an answer. Find the enclosed communications. this customer has put certain family members on a plan that is not allowed....family members have enjoyed free stays in rental units when these benefits were not paid for nor was the rent and it just goes on...we have refunded the original funds paid for the camping discount membership even though benefits were used and not paid for...we are done!

We did not intentionally put my sister ([redacted]) on our membership that was done by their sale an smiley she never used our membership. The only ones that used it was our son and daughter in law [redacted] and [redacted] and we paid the extra $15 per month. I have not received any money back from Reynolds Resorts as of this date. As far as having problems with me I'm sure she has since we've been trying to transfer out membership. All I'm asking is an ok to transfer the membership to [redacted] and what we need to do to finish this matter. We do not want to just let [redacted] resorts have our membership back. If we could transfer it and get instructions on how to do this [redacted] ( [redacted]) will not here from me again. I also have all my emails asking for this same answer. I don't know what she means they are done with this when we still have the membership. How are we to transfer it without contact with get?
