To work was completed, and in a timely manner, and everything was to satisfaction
at the time of final walk through The fixture issue, to my knowledge, was handled a year ago, when we sent the phone number for the subcontractor All this was over a year ago There never was anything verbal or written about any sort of warranty

The last request by the home[redacted] was filled as stated.    The complaint needs to be listed as resolved

Issue is still not resolved, as the disputed amount to be refunded back to consumer is: $2611.29
we still haven't heard back from RRRH about any timeline for this resolution!

The matter has been resolved.   Two guys went over Thursday [redacted]14 to make the final repairs as requested

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined...

that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
After several text from my [redacted] to [redacted] to please come redo the work, he did finally respond with I'M ON VACATION.  My [redacted] had to buy special tools and spend at a minimum of 10 hrs doing this work over the last two weeks.  My [redacted] text [redacted] that he'd dug all the grout out but had no experience with grout and wanted it done right, so he request [redacted] to please send someone out to do that.  His response was sure we can do that.  They did come and put the grout in(minutes worth of work on their part), that we had purchased no less.   His guys obviously half way do things whenever they can get away with it and [redacted] is not easy to deal with.  I would never recommend this company to anyone.  At this point with us being out lots of extra money and time and having and  to deal with this disrespect of the [redacted], and my [redacted] had to do the hard work they weren't willing to do.... I do not wish to resolve this compalint.  Everyone should be able to read this if they are researching this company.   I wish we'd have filed with the insurance company again and let them have someone else come back and redo everything and have them fight with him for the money back they spent.
