We understand a customer had recently come in for a manicure shellac and had a problem with our service. She was dissatisfied with her nails and claimed the owner ignored her complaint, but the owner had already...

acknowledged and therefore fixed her nails. The lady also mentioned that she was still unhappy after the owner had repaired the nails, but she did not specifically name a way to fix them, according to her claimed licensed ability. The customer did not go into extended detail about the nail "lifting". We did not understand this term because the owner with a nine year licensed career had patched up her nails therefore her vocabulary was elucidative. It was recommended that she discessed a possibility of a refund or a full redo after her nails were finished. With full willingness and content, we offered her a full refund if and only if we were to see her nails in person. We also provide free service to fix nails (if it was done from our shop), a luxury most salons do not provide. The Ms. denied stating her reason of far travels and inconvenience although she did mention once that her work was located around the Fort Wayne area close to our salon. It was never mad clear of why she had made the long journey an hour away from her house to Star Nails. We also acknowledged her request to deliver an electronic image, but unfortunately due to the nature and unreliable ways of technology we cannot accept a electronic image as solid evidence. There is no guarantee of natural forces and or minor personal dents that can occur in three days (seventy two hours). Seeing her set of nails in person would greatly settle the disputes quicker and easier. Although the complaint of the other workers and their English capabilities does not apply to our current situation we are happy to respond to them. The phone was passed ** multiple employees was due to the fact that er stated that a refund required her attendance. The customer was persistent on her stand, which is understandable, but we could not agree on a compromise. We felt other voices would perhaps better ease and clear the situation but unfortunately it left her with a negative experience. Although we were not clear weather an employee had his or her shoes off, but it was referred that the atmosphere was most likely die to eight 0"clock being the start of closing time. The lady did return to our shop after filing a complaint to Revdex.com to collect her refund. Her nails were taken off but her attendance was appreciated and her money was refunded. We apologize for the perceived unprofessionalism and inconvenience it caused for her and other involved parties.
