Review: I have ordered an item that from their [redacted] store, a eBook reader Nook Simple Touch.I received an item that is missing parts.Specifically it is missing the Power Adapter.The missing part is listed on the box that states: Includes: Nook Reader, USB cable, Power Adapter, Quick Start guide.I have even contacted [redacted], chatter with [redacted], who confirmed that the device DOES COME with the power adapter.I field a case with [redacted]: [redacted]In the case notes the seller project_contact states that the item does not come with the power adapter.Obviously they are lying about this.They refuse to send me the missing part as I have first requested, AND they refuse to refund my purchase in full.They seem to be very uncooperative and unwilling to resolve this matter.Desired Settlement: I want them to send me the missing power adapter, or refund my purchase price in full.

This item never came with an adapter and buyer was just plain rude and this case was closed directly with the customer a while ago as they would not stop yelling about an adapter that the box clearly states Nook and cable with no adapter. They peeled the sticker off the box in which it says adapter under it and was screaming bloody murder. I am done with this individual.

Review: On May 1, 2014 I bought candles for my wedding from Rezcandles.com . Rezcandles took the money out of my account and never sent me my candles. I have called numerous times to find out what is going on and I am always told that the person I need to talk to just stepped out. I did get one call back from them and they provided me with a number and told me that was my UPS tracking number and that they had been shipped. Well the number they provided me was not a UPS tracking number, it was my order confirmation number from their website. The number is [redacted]. I have also attempted tor reach out to them by email and the have not repsonded to that. I asked in the email that they return my money since they are not providing me with the candles I ordered.Desired Settlement: I am going to have to order candles from someone else to ensure they get here by my wedding, therefore I am asking that Rezcandles gives me a full refund because I am at the point I cannot trust they will get me the candles by my wedding.
