I have provided an attachment, in which Reza Kasiri requested, which shows that I went to another dental office that indeed fixed my one broken pad as well as adding glue to 3 other pads, with no problems and without being disrespected!. I did not not pay for the work done because it wasn't done properly, I didn't find that out until after the fact, I initially didn't pay because he called me [redacted] 3 times and told me to leave his office when I questioned his work. I've had this retainer on for 10 years and never have I gone into an orthodontist that didn't first file off the old cement and put on fresh. I think his business and license needs a further evaluation, no orthodontist office is empty on a Thursday morning, his was for a very evident reason.

Review: I called to inquire how much it would be to glue back on my permanent retainer on the top front teeth, the receptionist quoted me $95 dollars if it was one tooth or 150 if it was broke off of 2 teeth. I was very specific and said the glue was only unmatched on one tooth. 10:05- Appointment: "Dr. Kasiri" poked around for a minute, and then quickly began to apply glue to the one tooth the retainer was popped off from. This wasn't the first time over the last 10 years I've had to have it fixed so I was familiar with the process. He didn't file off any access glue on my tooth, proceeded to put on the glue stating "this was the strongest glue he had." I thought to myself why would glue he even have glue aka cement of the strongest anyhow. When he "finished" he asked me how it felt and I told him now the other side was uncomfortable he said "he didn't do anything" and when I said "you had to have done something because it wasn't like this before I came in here." And he said "I didn't do anything. So, do you want me to fix it or not?" And I said "not for $60 dollars more, I didn't do this, you did." By then he was out of his chair washing his hands and proceeded to say "then get out of here [redacted]" I turned around and said "Excuse me? Don't disrespect me like that." And he said "Just out of here [redacted]" and pointed to the door. I grabbed my keys and phone and stormed out into the waiting room where I told a unsurprised receptionist that he actually created a bigger issue than before and I wasn't paying for something he didn't fix, plus he called me a [redacted] and disrespected me.. He then came up behind he her and proceeded to once again say "get out of here [redacted]" throwing is hand up toward the door. The receptionist didn't even make eye contact with me.. I have a feeling this isn't the first time she's witnessed this. I went to work right after this happened, on my last break at 5:56 pm, it once again popped off, the glue he used worked for a whopping 7 hours, so I called him, he answered byDesired Settlement: Complaint cntd: saying "dentist" not relieving his name even when I asked who it was. I told him the glue came lose and he said it was because its old and it wasn't his problem, quickly followed by he already turned me into collections. I walked out because I refused to pay for something, which at the time I didn't even know wouldn't last, but for the simple fact he, A, created another problem, and B, called me a [redacted] 3 times. So my main concern is that I don't get turned into collections.

We had nothing to do with the other side, that's the same cement we use for our ortho patients and we don't see t breaking or coming off. She wanted to blame us so she wouldn't pay. She walked out without paying and it was transferred to collections. If she wants credit she has to present a bill that she paid another office that she fixed tooth #7.
