Our service techs our out repairing many trucks during this time of year, you don't know what road service the tech was on prior to this complaint. There isn't always time to restock service trucks in between calls, because the techs go from one call to the next, especially in the winter. We also...
don't carry "every" size hose on the service trucks. After performing the diagnosis, this particular repair required a 90 degree molded hose and that is why our tech offered to go and purchase one for the customer. It's not a standard hose. Our technician also used 2 gallons of antifreeze, in which, the tech did not charge this customer for. The reason this customer was "assisting" our tech is, because he was in a hurry and didn't want to wait for tech to complete the job. Our Fleet Manager was never contacted by this company that there was even a complaint.
