You do not want to use this company!!! Think twice before you hire this company, you don't want them, and they give Veteran owned company's a bad name!!! I hired this company in the fall of to finish a home surveillance system This company is a fraud!! They demand that you pay most money up front, which I did and they still have not finished the job and this is now June There was always a reason they could not make their appointments and the work they did do is sloppy and incomplete...had to hire another company to complete work I have already paid them for!! They are not dependable at all, there is no way on this earth I would recommend this company for anything!!!
The response this company gave when trying refute their negligence is non-sense, they have the nerve to blame me for their incompetence and lack of diligence? They leave out many details in their response, and they are untruthful with the events they discuss Here's one - The RFK Tech CTO was there to consult with the contractor concerning the light post at the end of the driveway The CTO agreed the light post was a good idea and would work fine as a post for that camera at the end of the driveway; so yes he was consulted He then installed the camera and left it on the ground, supposedly until the light post was operational The light post was put there and operational one week after the consultation with the RFK Tech CTO - this was in Dec Please ask him how June got here and the camera was still laying on the ground with un buried cable? Oh, and the rest of the un-completed work they committed to is somehow my fault? If they stood behind their customer satisfaction policy, then they would issue a refund...they have not, instead they continue to point the finger at the customer It doesn't matter why I contracted them, I obviously had work to be done The matter is, they accepted the work in Oct and this is June and they cancelled yet another appointment to finish the work just last week...how long is this supposed to go on when they quoted 16hrs of labor? I had to hire another company to complete their work, this is a fact!! There is no valid explanation for this, and again I would not ever recommend this company, they are not reliable nor truthful Let's see what the State Attorney's Office has to say about this!! This company is a fraud!! You will be way better served using another company to do any work needed There is no way I would risk using this company to do anything!!!
