Here is the information I have regarding this customer’s order: Customer ordered products valued at $2,on Thursday 3/1/at 13:42: [redacted] (our payment processor) immediately held the fundsThis order had certain markers of fraud including at least fact that this was a new customer who has never ordered from us before, high value of order, mismatched billing and shipping address, free email address (yahoo) used, shipping to commercial building, customer or shipping address not verified in [redacted] , etc Because of this we attempted to independently verify the authenticity of the order and validity of the selected shipping destinationWe were not able to do soWe emailed and called the customer on Friday 3/2/and Monday 3/5/but received no responseOn Tuesday 3/6/around noon we reversed the order in [redacted] Customer finally emailed us back on Tuesday evening and again on Wednesday regarding the order evening and we informed them that we had already reversed the orderNote that as per our policy we typically do not tip off customers that we are suspecting their order to be fraudulent so we might not have so indicated during our exchange with himWe typically try to locate an independent number or email related to the buying entity and call to verify that they indeed placed the order but we were unable to do so in this caseAlso kindly note that this order would normally have gone out that Monday 3/5/by end of day (business day processing time) and we reversed the order that Tuesday 3/6/- Roque

customer who has never ordered from us before, high value of order, mismatched billing and shipping address, free email address (yahoo) used, shipping to commercial building, customer or shipping address not verified in [redacted], etc..  Because of this we attempted to independently verify the authenticity of the order and validity of the selected shipping destination. We were not able to do so. We emailed and called the customer on Friday 3/2/18 and Monday 3/5/18 but received no response. On Tuesday 3/6/18 around noon we reversed the order in [redacted]. Customer finally emailed us back on Tuesday evening and again on Wednesday regarding the order evening and we informed them that we had already reversed the order. Note that as per our policy we typically do not tip off customers that we are suspecting their order to be fraudulent so we might not have so indicated during our exchange with him. We typically try to locate an independent number or email related to the buying entity and call to verify that they indeed placed the order but we were unable to do so in this case. Also kindly note that this order would normally have gone out that Monday 3/5/18 by end of day (1 business day processing time) and we reversed the order that Tuesday 3/6/18. -          Roque

I didn't receive any call on the mentioned days. Moreover, I called them but had to deal with an incompetent customer service. I got my money back, but wasted a lot of time having to deal with company that should be rated B-
