RG Landscape

Work not completed, fire pit short on south side. Butterfly bushes not the color we ordered. Weeds overtaking plants we had plantedWe contacted RG Landscaping to do some landscaping for our back yard.We ordered different colored buddleia "butterfly" bushes: lilac, deep purple, yellow white, pink and blue. We received 3 lilac , 3 deep purple and one yellow. We did not get pink, white or blue bushes.The liriope plants that were planted sat in your back yard for weeks. After they were planted some of them died. We have reached out tothe owner at RG landscaping asking him what the warranty on these plants were and have not heard backOur back yard is hilly and it was discussed that we wanted as maintenance free landscaping as possible: The owner suggested we put casino gold river pebbles on the hill and surrounding areas. We are not pleased with the outcome of these pebbles because of the amount of weeds growing up through the rocks. The owner was aware that my wife was and is against using any sort of chemicals so the weeds have over taken the liriope plants. We reached out to owner 4 times, twice by email and left 2 voice mail messages asking why a barrier was not placed under the rocks to help control the weeds. The fire pit was to be 13 feet in circumference. It is short 2 feet on the south south of the pit. We have asked him to come back and fix this.We sent 2 emails: one on 5/31/16 and the second one on 6/6/16The owner was left 2 voice messages: One on June 21, 2016 at 3: 36 pm and the second one on June 22, 2016 at 8:13 amA third email was sent to him on July X XXXX at 3;30 pm asking him to respond or we would contact Revdex.com.We have not heard back.Desired SettlementWe would like[redacted] to come and fix the fire pit, which was paid in fullwe would like to see what can be done about the weeds and why he did not suggest we put a barrier down first. I want to know what the warrenty is on the liriope and if they should be replaceWe want the different colors of the butterfly bushes that was discussed and paid for We have never done landscaping before we relied on his expertise
