This business did not cut my backyard after I paid them to. I have screenshots of them promising to cut my back yard when the weather got better but when I wrote a bad review for them on Homa Advisor he decided to not honor his agreement. I have text meesages with him first saying that he will cut it and then more text messages trying to sell me ona 10$ refund instead of cutting my backyard as agreed upon

Refund I want a refund. He did not finish the job.
This is a total distortion of the truth. We serviced the lawn for the entire month and went above and beyond fixing sprinkler heads that we may or may not have broken. We came on the last day of the month to finish cutting and service 3 more heads that he said we broke. We could not access the backyard because we would have damaged the lawn due to extremely wet conditions, so I told him we would come back. After he left us the bad review, calling me a crook, I felt with his history that he would be looking for any reason to complain or cause more problems, so I did not want to risk further liability. I offered him $10 because we had already completed a full month of service for the $80 fee except for the backyard cut, that is valued at $10.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I pay 90$ - month for him to mow my yard. My backyard is at least 80% of the job. 10$ is not enough. He also promises to cut my yard but instead he did not. Only due to Abbas review for which he deserved.
