To whom it may concern:R.GRiggs Plumbing is very sensitive to customer satisfactionWe have built our reputation around satisfied customers, and are aware of the fact that this keeps our customers coming back, and brings new customers by word of mouth. This is our first Revdex.com complaint, and
hopefully our lastWe understand that occasionally we may have a customer that is not satisfiedWhen this happens we take every provision we feel necessary to gain back their confidence in our company. As far as this customer goes, some of the statements in the complaint are correct, and some are not.We have a service call fee of $this includes the first hour of workTherefore whether we cleaned her aerators, screens, etcor not, she still would have been charged the service call for asking us to come out again. The customer was told the first time we came out that her water softener is no good, and this is what is causing her water pressure problemsThe filtering media in the tank is going into her water systemthe only way to eliminate this is to change out the softenerin the mean time if she continues to use it, the faucets, etcwill continue to clog with the media. We did not touch the softener on this callit was already in bypass positionour plumber also stated that the damaged aerator was like that when he arrivedWhomever took it off previous to our arrival probably damaged the piece.Since it is an inexpensive part I agreed to replace it anywayI told her I needed the brand and model#She sent me the brand name, but I never did get the model# or part#even a picture of the faucet would probably be enough for us to find the part.I had my office manager go through emails from our website, and we did not receive the reply she stated she sent.I am still willing to refund the service call fee of $95.00, and replace the aerator when I get the correct information.I hope to resolve this issue immediately, and hope this statement helps in that matter.thank you!*** ***

Revdex.com:I accept the refund of $95. I will have someone else replace the aerator as I don't trust RG Riggs to do the work satisfactorily. With regard to sending the information regarding the aerator, as I said in my email to them, I do not have the model / part number of the aerator on my faucet. I doubt that most homeowners do. I was fortunate to even find the brand, as it isn't on the faucet.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

and hopefully our last. We understand that occasionally we may have a customer that is not satisfied. When this happens we take every provision we feel necessary to gain back their confidence in our company. As far as this customer goes, some of the statements in the complaint are correct, and some are not.We have a service call fee of $95.00. this includes the first 1 hour of work. Therefore whether we cleaned her aerators, screens, etc... or not, she still would have been charged the service call for asking us to come out again. The customer was told the first time we came out that her water softener is no good, and this is what is causing her water pressure problems. The filtering media in the tank is going into her water system. the only way to eliminate this is to change out the softener. in the mean time if she continues to use it, the faucets, etc.... will continue to clog with the media. We did not touch the softener on this call. it was already in bypass position. our plumber also stated that the damaged aerator was like that when he arrived. Whomever took it off previous to our arrival probably damaged the piece.Since it is an inexpensive part I agreed to replace it anyway. I told her I needed the brand and model#.
