Answer to complaint # [redacted] When a customer purchases a Buy Here / Pay Here vehicle from us we explain to each customer that we do NOT report their credit payments to any credit bureau unless it becomes a repossession They even sign a form to show they understand this This form they sign is mandatory and is included in each car dealMsBrown signed this form agreeing that this was our policy Her complaint that her vehicle's value was only $is not a true statementNADA shows a much much higher value for this vehicle and is an expert in the auto value industry Her complaint that her vehicle is equipped with a GPS locator and Kill Switch should be no complaint at allShe signed documents which explain to her we have installed this equipment, why we install this equipment and that she understands this equipment is on the vehicle she is purchasing Upon signing all documents at the time of the purchase, all customers are given a copy of EVERYTHING they signed She did receive a copy of the retail installment contract which shows how much interest you will pay over the life of the loan If she had misplaced her copy and needed another copy of it we would have been more than happy to supply her with one We speak plain language as we explain every step of the purchase process to our customers We do not want a customer to sign anything they do not fully understand If they have a question at any step of the process - we answer it so they understand it and accept it, unfortunately, sometimes a customer is angry after they no longer have their vehicle and wish to tarnish the reputation of a business while they are angry [redacted] RG'S Used Cars complaint # [redacted] We will not be able to refund any money to this customer This vehicle was a repossession and there cannot be a refund to an unpaid account [redacted] RG'S Used Cars
