Review: Last April, we left 2 messages to discontinue our service. Also with online payemnt, we put note to discontinue service. They do not providing any service from May but still continue sending bill for every month.Desired Settlement: Stop Sending billing

The customers account was cancelled when he asked it to be but he still had a balance which accumulated late fees because it was not paid. I spoke to the customer explained why he had this balance. I agreed to remove all the late fees as long as he sends in the balance he owes.Sent on: 1/20/2016 4:06:23 PM
RGB is a dishonest and unprofessional company, jumping for one collection agency to another to collect on an overage charge they cannot prove I owe. I have resorted to taking legal recourse against this company. Please save yourself the inconvenience of problem down the road and select from one of the many other companies in the area.
