Revdex.com spoke with Mr. [redacted] from the business. This customer's screen was not sent off to [redacted] it was a replacement done in house. He told her before he worked on it that it might not hold because of the damage to the case. The customer elected to go ahead with the service and is now unhappy because the case continued to damage the screen as he said that it would because she did not fix that before fixing the screen.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewedWhen I took my computer to get fixed for the first time Mr. [redacted]Told me that he would fix it. Only when I went to pick it up did he tell me that he couldn't  unbend the corner of the computer top. He never told me that the bend would effect the screen. When the screen went out on me he tell me that after he sent the computer to the [redacted]  company did they supposedly tell him that the screen went out due to the bend. And as I stated before I called [redacted] and they said they had no record of my computer  being sent in. I don't want Mr. [redacted] dealing  with my computer  ever again because  he has shown that he is untrustworthy and a lier what I would like is my money back so I can get my computer  fixed by a reputable and reliable  company.

Review: I took my computer to RGB Technology for a broken screen the [redacted] told me that I couldn't buy my own screen because he gets the best quality with a warranty. I gave him close to 200 dollars to fix the screen. only for it to go out on me 5 months later. when I called him about it he told me that the screen had a 6 month warranty on it and he would have to assess the computer before he could tell me how much more I would have to pay. I was very upset at hearing this because he told me that there was a warranty on it. when I got the computer to him he kept it for about a week or two then asked me to come back and get it. when I got to his shop he told me that he had sent the computer into the [redacted] company and paid 75.00 dollars of his own money to find the problem and they told him that the screen went out because of a bend in the corner of the top had put pressure on the screen and caused it to go out. he offered me to trade a very old computer in his shop for mine or for me to leave the computer with him until I could find a whole back to the lap top then he would install it. By this point I didn't trust leaving my computer with him at all, so I took it with me. I then called [redacted] and asked if my computer had in been sent to them and they found no record of my computer being serviced or sent in at all, the person that I spoke to also told me that they charge 99.00 dollars check out computer problems not 75.00Desired Settlement: I would like to send my computer to [redacted] and have them fix it properly because they have a real warranty on all there products and services. I want my full refund and nothing more or less.
