RGR Mechanical, Inc.

We had used RGR for several years. In the fall of last year the owner, [redacted], performed a totally unsatisfactory simple electrical job. It involved moving two (2) outlets a few inches to allow for a tile finishing. He left large holes in the sheetrock, demanded $1,400 to be paid immediately, and stormed out. When I confronted him about the extreme overcharge, his words were: "Oh, you noticed that?". We had thought this company was honest and fair, but based on this experience we must recommend that people stay as far away as possible from RGR. It is a shame that the owner would not only discuss the overcharge, but chose to rub our nose in it. Really poor business and management practice, possibly criminal. We are looking into our options.
