Third of all, I went back with the shirt the same day I picked it up, not the second dayThese people are lyingAlso, the lady admitted at the beginning that the damage was because of the dry cleaning process, but changed the tone after she learned the price of the shirtIn addition, the owner of the shop might still be unaware of what is happening and the workers do not want me to meet himIf it were not because of the heat during the dry cleaning process, there could be no force to distort the shapes of the button, not to mention the person who tried to try it onI seriously doubt if this business is legalIf it were, they should be a member of IFI and can send the garment for a free test to decide the responsibility

We have come to the conclusion that dry cleaning process has nothing to with this matterIf the metal snaps got damaged by heat, in other word, by high temperature then the fabric of the garment wouldn't exist after the cleaningThis claim does not make sense at allWhen we looked at the snap buttons, there were no damagesThe only frmale part of snap got a slight dent inside and that was not result of the cleaningWe consider this complain is made to harass our business with no reasonIt is because this person trespassed our store on Saturday, December **, She forced to get into the store while we are shutting down around pm, and stayed about half an hour, yelling with anger until police officers arrived the location to remove this personAt that time even police officers suggested that bring the shirt to shoe repair if it is necessary to get fixedAs I gave this prson a tip to solve this matter, she should contact the customer service of the manufacturer so that this matter will be taken careWe have no responsibilities on this issueThank youSent on: 1/**/11:09:PM Sent by: ***

The customer got some garments dry cleaned from us on December **, and came back with a shirt next day, claimed that it's snaps got damagedBut we never noticed after the shirt was cleanedThere is no evidence it's snaps are damaged by dry cleaning processThe damage on female snap indicates
that it was broken by some force, not by heat nor nature of dry cleaning processThis whole complaint and the explanation about what happened when she came back to us to complain is totally and the customer made up the story in order to pin her mistake on usFirst of all, this customer never notified us that it was a brandnew garment as most people do before cleaningSecond of all, she dropped off the shirt to be cleanedIf it has never been worn, why need to be cleaned? Third, when this customer complained, we tried to explain that it should be claimed againt manufacturer because we dry cleaned as the care label indicatedTher e is nothing we can do with snapsThere is no possibility to break the metal snaps during the processWe assumed that the snap damage arose by the customer while he/she tried it onWe have no responsibility against this complaintAs a conclusion, this issue must be taken care by manufacturerThank you

Please note that this case has resolved as of Aug *, 2015, since we offered another repair service to *** *** ***, in spite of the fact that the customer checked and confirmed all requests were done at the time she picked up her garments on July ***,

reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I inspected all items after I picked them up, at my home and not onsite - so that part of the business response is wrong. They offered to repair at no additional cost, but I declined because the only worker on the premise was the same one who yelled inappropriate accusations and I did not feel comfortable dealing with or speaking to him, unsupervised. I asked for a refund, which they refused.
