The professionalism of the installer in each discipline required from electrician to refrigeration and sheet metal work was just excellent I really appreciate the very neat and tidy way the electrical line was brought into the house to the main electrical panel

I had a somewhat unusual problem with an existing heat pump installation The company that had originally installed it had gotten out of the business of servicing heat pumps, and other servicing companies were reluctant to service a heat pump that they hadn't installed I eventually found one company that agreed to look at the problem, but after spending $1,with them they acknowledged that they couldn't diagnose the problem
Enter RGS They are located a long way from our house, so they had me take a multitude of pictures of the equipment, the information plates on the equipment, and the installation of the ductwork I sent them the pictures and they came back with a preliminary diagnosis that made a lot of sense The ducting was providing insufficient airflow to the heat exchanger which was placing undue stress on the compressor They did not charge me for the diagnosis
I brought them in to do the work and it was done quickly and efficiently They dealt with the manufacturer of the compressor for me and took care of all the warranty issues They installed the new compressor, made the necessary adjustments to the ductwork, and left the basement cleaner than they'd found it
These guys are good After my experience with the previous company, I felt like RGS deserved some special recognition, and decided to write this review

We were looking for a Revdex.com and Fortis accredited air conditioner supplier/installer servicing Abbotsford and we found the perfect company for us with RGS. They provided an on-site quote within 1 week of contacting them and we had our unit installed a week later. The installation process was well explained to us and they delivered absolutely everything as planned. Their installer(s) were very respectful of our home, wearing booties and taking the time to do the small cosmetic finishes just right. They also took the time to explain the functioning of our new AC unit in great details and answered the numerous questions we had along the way. We are very happy with the unit we purchased from them but their customer/installation services is what really set them apart. We've decided to make RGS our go-to company for all HVAC related items in our home and would recommend their products and services to anyone.
