My husband was so excited to finally find the part he needed for his CBHe ordered it and we got a confirmation emailA couple weeks went by and we still had not received the part or any other emails from them, no tracking number or anythingMy husband then emailed them because they have a phone number listed but do not take "service" calls over the phoneAnother two weeks went by and he never received an email backI decided to send them an email and once again a week went by with NO response whatsoeverSo I emailed them again and I finally got back a very RUDE email message saying that they had shipped our part and to let them know if we didn't get itWell here we are again another week later and still have no partIt has been over a month since we ordered and still have no partI am extremely unimpressed with this business and how it is conductedI do not understand why between both my husband and I have only received ONE email from them regarding why we do not have our part
