I tried to place the order by phone but was instructed by the owner to do it online So I went online and placed my order tent x 30, chairs white, bouncer, and tables They decided to deliver days ahead which was not a problem for me...but when the tent was installed it was NOT A XIT WAS A 20X20, WHITE CHAIRS WERE NOT THE ONE'S PICTURED ON THEIR WEBSITE, AND THE BOUNCER WAS NOT THE ONE I HAD SELECTED ON THEIR WEBSITE ONLY 25% OF THE ORDER WAS CORRECT THE OTHER WAS TOTALLY WRONG WHICH NEVER GOT FIXED HAD TO SETTLE WITH MODIFICATIONS TO MY ORDER DONT ORDER THEIR WHITE CHAIRS THEY ADVERTISE THE LIFETIME RUBBERMAID TYPE HEAVY DUTY AND THEY SEND A FLIMSY WHITE FOLDABLE PLACTIC CHAIRS OVERALL EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE STILL HAVE A CREDIT WITH COMPANY AND WILL USE THEM ONLY Finish my money credit I have from THEM BUT ONCE THAT IS GONE WILL GO BACK TO OTHER RENTAL COMPANIES.....Employees did comment this is constantly happening to other customers When I tried to contacting owner he was never able to answer any of my calls all my calls were blocked to his cell phone....they would go straight to voicemail...not the service I expected from such a big rental company

Horrible customer service. I book a party in advance online for 2 bouncies 19 tables and 100 chairs. When I called the number on the website to get clarification on date of delivery and time the day before the man that answered sounded bothered. I didn't receive the answeres I needed, all he said is he would email me the details. I received the email but nothing referencing times just the balance of what I owed. The next day I called the same man answered, (Owner) and I inquired about the time of delivery. Being that my party was to start at 5:30pm and it was 2:45pm and nothing had been delivered. He was very rude and said, " Ma'am your party starts at 5:30 they will be there by 5:00". I'm sorry but anyone in the party industry would know that 30 mins. to set up is not enough time. Finally the delivery guy arrived before 5 , thank goodnes but when the party started one of the bouncies/ joust did not work. I text the owner about it and he never responded but of course he was very quick to take my money. I paid a pretty penny for these services that I have not problem in covering but I do have a problem paying for something that was not functioning. Extremely disatisfied especially with the customer services.
