I had an issue with my septic system and called Reliable Septic Service, they came out the day I scheduled with the office and even called to give me a heads up they were on the way. They were a very nice and professional crew that explained to me my system and I had them scheduled to come back to fix the issue, which was the same price we agreed on. I would recommend this company to any of my friends and family that need septic work.

Reliable Septic Services, LLC have very rude people working with their company. I had a bad experience that others should know about. The service man entered my home with mud on his boots. My husband told him to go back outside so he could something down on the floor to keep him from tracking mud. While my husband was upstairs, the service man enters back into the home with no regards to what my husband told him. I called the office to report this matter the secretary stated he had other places to go and he need to do the work. I told her I did not appreciate him tracking mud into my home and then she because oblivious. This is not a good company to do business with and they are not kind to their customers.
