I am rejecting this response because: OBJECTING ALL OF HER RESPONSE IN ACCORDANCE TO WHAT MS [redacted] WROTE I [redacted] CERTIFY THAT I NEVER GOT INTERVIEWS THAT IS TOTAL BT AND THE JOB THAT I SUPPOSEDLY RECEIVE FROM SJVC WAS A INTERNSHIP THAT DID NOT LAST MONTHSI NEVER RECEIVE A REAL JOB IN MY FIELD ALL SJVC DID WAS PREY ON THE INNOCENT AND TARGET THE NAIVE BY DOING PREDATORY LENDING I WILL BE PROCEEDING WITH A LAWSUIT IN BEHALF OF MY SELF AND 100'S OF STUDENTS

There is nothing that the lender can do about the situation they are just the ones that loaned me the finances to attend San Joaquin Valley CollegeI have contacted them regarding the situation several times and it is not in their discretion to disputes my loansI have many witnesses and even instructors that I can get to agree with me that the curriculum that was supposed to be taught to us was notThe answers were given to us whenever we asked and every test was open bookIf you look up *** *** you will see that he was falsifying certificates and was caught doing soHe was my instructor for the programso that just goes to show that the academy and Bsis certificates were falsified as wellRegarding the instructor making me feel uncomfortable, the did not do anything about it, *** *** looked me in the face and told me that there is nothing they can do about it because I was no longer a student there my mom was sitting in the room with me when that was said

Further, our records indicate that he was hired by the [redacted] Inn in the accounting department as a night auditor.

was contacted by phone by a representative of our Career Services staff on August 4, 2015 where Mr. [redacted] stated the job was going well and he was working 40 hours per week.
This same representative contacted the employer on September 1, 2015, who confirmed that [redacted] was employed and "doing a great job."

on how to access your voucher and take your certification exam after your took your final practice exam. I had our IT department review your personal DropBox and verified the information was sent to you upon your completion of the final practice exam. However, it is possible you did not understand how you would receive this information.
Furthermore, I understand that you made contact with your on-ground instructor and they were unable to help you. We will make sure in the future that all SJVC faculty direct students to make contact with the appropriate instructor to obtain the information needed.

It is almost impossible to verify her claim that she learned nothing while at SJVC. Among other learning outcomes, she received a certificate of completion for 8 hours of training in "Powers of Arrest and Weapons of Mass Destruction; and 14 hours of BSIS Exposed Firearms Training.
Regarding the instructor who made her uncomfortable: this matter is a confidential personnel issue. I can, however, assure the Revdex.com that the matter was thoroughly reviewed and appropriate sanctions imposed.
