Dear Miss *** ***In regards to customer complaintI never spoke to a Miss *** * *** - Mr *** *** brought this vehicle in and picked it upHe returned on 6-15-The complaint AC was not workingSo I ran a test on the system and found it was low on FeronI then ran dye
test and found one of the AC lines was leakingI could see where the line had been rubbing against a radiator coolent line for extended period of time witch eventually caused it to leakThis was done at no cost to the customerI then showed this to Mr***Mr *** did not want to here anything I had to sayHere is a copy of the RO #*** for the water pump repairThere were no melted AC Lines that I know of..Thank you,Carl L***###-###-####
