I am rejecting this response because: I am a tenant who has always paid rent on time and has dealt with unprofessional management for the past 1/years I am glad that the VP at Sackett finally returned my call, I have left him as well as the President of Sackett multiple voice mail messages and mailed letters to their attention since December of Our on site manager has threatened me because our heater stopped working in winter, she tries to belittle us when we have voiced our concerns with the property and our unit, so we have given up talking with her Items are usually not fixed by professionals, so I am glad that Sackett has agreed to go with a contractor to fix a few of the 30+ year old patios and fence I would like to stress again that the work that has been done, has only been done to the management unit as well as the unit above it All other patio and fence fixes were done prior to her arrival on the site We do enjoy Dixon and we enjoy the unit that we live in, but we do not enjoy living with anxiety that is caused by our onsite manager as well as the safety issues Lights will not fix any safety issues, as there are none, but I do not feel that I as a tenant should be asked to light a very small area of common space when none of my family or visitors are on my front porch There is no need to have a light on in an area that is not in use If they would like to leave the light on for whomever may be standing at my door between dusk and dawn, they are more than welcome to reduce my rent or have the electrical wired to a different meter I will continue to be a good tenant while at Watson Ranch, as I conduct myself in a civil manner and I will continue to pay rent on time I would like the property management to act in the same manner If there is any retaliation from my complaint I will be contacting local authorities if I need to protect my family

We are installing a LED light fixture outside of each upstairs apartment in order to provide lighting at night to each upstairs apartment's outside entry area and the stairs apartment in order to provide lighting at night to each upstairs apartment's outside entry area and the stairs leading to each upstairs apartments as a safety measure for our residents. The electricity used for each light fixture will be on the individual apartment resident's electricity bill where the light fixture is installed. I have enclosed the entry way lights letter, dated August 31, 2016 and the Exterior Entry Light Addendum for your review. We have recently replaced a large section of fencing on the east boundary of our property separating our property from another apartment complex. There remains one smaller section of fencing that we share with another property that we are currently in talks with for replacement responsibility. We have replaced, as of September 8, 2016, two (2) upper level balconies and two (2) lower level patio fences. We are currently replacing our third upper level balcony and lower level patio fence with one more scheduled for October 2016. This work is being performed by Sherman Brothers Contractors who are licensed and bonded. We take pride in our apartment community and perform work orders in a very timely fashion. Our Resident Manager, [redacted], is very professional to all of our residents which reflects our 100% occupancy. the information provided in this complaint was incorrect, misguided and was most likely motivated by her rent increase that went into effect 9/1/16.
