for by customer "AS IS without any warranty of any kind either expressed nor implied, regarding the condition of the vehicle". Any known defects or issues were clearly discussed and disclosed prior to sale. All vehicles imported and sold by RHD Specialties are 25 years or older and are not in new nor perfect condition by any means. This sale vehicle was checked and was in running condition at the time of sale. This specific Skyline GTR is 26 years and the customer was made aware of rust on the undercarriage which was the only condition noted at the time. Prior to purchasing, the vehicle was put on an auto lift for the customer to visually inspect and there was also a verbal and written agreement to get a second inspection performed if he so desired. No further issues were noted by either the seller nor the buyer and the sale of the motor vehicle in its existing condition was completed.A down payment of $1000 was put down by the buyer to hold the vehicle until purchase was completed. RI--ID Specialties offered to repair some of the undercarriage rust and had delivered the vehicle to the repair shop. Customer decided he needed the vehicle sooner and opted not to get the rust repaired. Vehicle was returned to RHD Specialties and it was at this time that issues with the transmission were noted. RI--ID Specialties took full responsibility and repaired the transmission with no further cost to the customer. Repairs took a few days longer than expected and in good faith, RHD Specialties delivered the vehicle to the buyer on Feb 23, 2017 for only the cost of gas. A few days later, the customer contacted us to discuss a clogged/exploded radiator hose. Communication was good between RI--ID Specialties and the customer however no request for financial assistance nor warranty/reliability was requested from the buyer.RI-ID SPECIALTIES LLC21620 84TH AVE S. vehicles that commonly require repairs. Per the customers complaint, he drove
the vehicle 920 miles and it has been 3 months and 12 days since this sale was
finalized. RHD Specialties takes great pride in our sales and the communication
and friendships we build with our customers. Almost 4 months/1K miles later we
do not feel it is our responsibility nor financial obligation to assist with
any further repairs for this vehicle. We feel we acted in good faith with this
