In response to this complaintRheebo has no obligation to refund the customers partial payment ($of $720) given the sinvolved, custom banners, custom email template, branded business page creation setcI sent the customer all sactivity for review and never heard backNo response until we received an irate emailPrior to that email NOcommunication from the customer indicating dissatisfactionWe had no idea how she feltWe did in fact promote the customers business and still do and all in all invested much more than the $that was paidHowever, since we are a staand had a resource issue when the customer came on board, I took responsibility and agreed to refund the customers money when possible as stated in my response to the customers refund request Having said that, we are doing everything we can to move forward with Rheebo and do not have the means to refund the customers money at this timeWe have every intention of honoring the commitment to refund the customers money when Rheebo is in financially able but at this time do not have a firm dateI apologize for the delay but we are trying to figure out our next stepsI will keep you informed as to our progress and as soon as able will get a refund out to youIn the interim, since you are still active on the Rheebo site we would love to help you get the word out about what you doSincerely Rheebo

In response to this complaint. Rheebo has no obligation to refund the customers partial payment ($400 of $720) given the set-up involved, custom banners, custom email template, branded business page creation set-up etc. I sent the customer all set-up activity for review and never heard back. No...

response until we received an irate email. Prior to that email NOcommunication from the customer indicating dissatisfaction. We had no idea how she felt. We did in fact promote the customers business and still do and all in all invested much more than the $400 that was paid. However, since we are a start-up and had a resource issue when the customer came on board, I took responsibility and agreed to refund the customers money when possible as stated in my response to the customers refund request.  Having said that, we are doing everything we can to move forward with Rheebo and do not have the means to refund the customers money at this time. We have every intention of honoring the commitment to refund the customers money when Rheebo is in financially able but at this time do not have a firm date. I apologize for the delay but we are trying to figure out our next steps. I will keep you informed as to our progress and as soon as able will get a refund out to you.
