We have had issues with moisture ever since we bought our house. For 20 years we have had repairs done which were like putting Band-Aids on a broken leg. Finally, I called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair. My Husband and I were thoroughly impressed right from the beginning. The salesman listened to our concerns, showed us pictures of our problems, and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. We agreed to install a French Ditch and Sump pump to see if that would take care of the problem. Later we decided we still needed a dehumidifier. Along with that, most of our wood had to be replaced. I don't know how they did it in and the 24" crawlspace, but they did it in record time! The workers were all very professional, respectful, and always left the area clean and orderly. With the new wood, super strong moisture barrier, sump pump, and dehumidifier our crawl space is bone dry!
