Billed $25.00 for appt no show/cancel that I never madeI received bill for $25.00 around Dec 10,14 for an appt no show/cancel. Spoke to receptionist and nurse?, explained it was not me as I have not been to Dr. [redacted] in 5yrs. I had[redacted] then but have had [redacted] for last 5 yrs and he wasn't on my plan. I saw him for specific issue that was resolved. The staff was not helpful at all telling me I had to write the Doc a letter! They acted like I was lying! This is outrageous. I have never had a problem with issue like this before. It is a mistake on the part of HIS STAFF. They were not helpful at all and I can assure you I wouldn't see him again just because of the poor customer care I received. By the way, I'm a medical professional with 20 yrs experience and I would never dream of treating my patients this way.
