In response to Rhino Builders: They made several misrepresentations in their statement First, my wife never hung up on anyone She told them she was contacting The Revdex.com to find out what our rights wereThis was after Rhino Builders had ignored two months of phone calls Second, Rhino Builders took responsibility for installing the J Channel around the chimney incorrectly when they replaced the new roof Now, they are saying they didn't install it We had Rhino Builders install an entire new roof, which included new plywood, shingles and all supplies that were needed Bottom line is a new roof should not leak after less than three years When Rhino Builders finally came to our home to fix the leak, they stated it was completely their fault It is only now, since we want someone else to fix the bedroom ceiling they are disputing the claim
