I am single with significant health issues (on disability) - The owner, took time to thoroughly investigate a longstanding furnace problem; tried to use replacement parts where possible to save on cost; efficient with his time, keeping cost & time to a minimum - yet warm & personable, a real Gentleman.* Highly recommend as 1st place/person to call for furnace/heating issues.
