THIS COMPANY IS A SCAMI am filing a complaint with the FMCSA and reaching out to an attorney who specializing in consumer protectionThey quoted us $3,for a moveAfter contracting Rhino, I saw these reviews but they already had our deposit so I was hoping for the bestThe movers who worked directly for Rhino showed up the day of the move and DEMANDED $10k to move our stuffWe had a flight planned and are closing escrow in days so they knew we had little choiceWe are renting a truck and are moving ourselvesA $7,difference is not a mistake and they are trying to keep our $1,depositI am going to have to fight to get that backWe gave them a full, accurate inventory of our entire houseThey purposely and systematically quote low and then hold people hostage when they know people have planned for a move and have sold their homeI am just lucky we gave ourselves a few days in case something happenedWe got luckyIf this was the day of close of escrow, we would be stuckI am hoping to get with other people who got scammed by them to get together to see if we can take action as a group
We had a wonderful move with this companyThe employees were very professional and fast! They came on time and finished ahead of scheduleFrom start to finish, all employees were terrific and very helpfulI would use them again hands downRecommend to all
This company is the worst company I have ever had move me I moved from Ca to Fl They raised the price on me four times They hold your furniture hostage until you pay Extra steps they have to take, can not get the truck in because the tree's will scratch the top of the truckWe can not do anything about what the contractor will charge because he does not work for us Really!!! One excuse after another, made up rules all along the wayMy shipment was in storage for a month When it was delivered it had dirt and paint can stains all over the tops of my boxes The shipment was wrapped in Caand delivered unwrapped How does that happen? They unload it to the contractor and take the wrappings off, to use on another person's shipment This company is not trustworthy and will only bring you a lot of trouble, stress, and spoil your move Please LOOK ELSE WHERE
I can't describe how happy we are with rhino movingThese guys know what they're doingThe movers came a day before to pack us upThe guy in charge was great and had total control over the move and very easy to deal with.The second day was even better than the first, they were careful when they loaded our boxes and furniture in to the truckThe delivery was very fast and the crew that delivered our items in Los Angles were very nice and patient.These guys are really the best! The price was the same as promised and nothing was broken I would recommend Rhino Moving to everyone I know!
