FRAUD ALERT
I honestly dont know where to begin....worst moving company ever!!!!!!This is a scam...do not fall for it!!! We booked them for a move from CA to NJ
They charge you an extra $after they move everything into the truck even though you give them a detailed list of everything you have and they give you a quote you sign off on
They told us our stuff would not be moved from one truck to anotherThey picked up in a smaller truck that easily fits into a residential neighborhood which we told them we were moving toWhen they finally delivered our stuff they brought an wheeler into our neighborhoodWe have a really long straight driveway that would easily fit the truckThey tried to charge us extra saying that it wouldnt fit in the drive wayAfter arguing, they finally moved it in the driveway...it fit fineJust another way to try to scam us out of more money
They kept changing the dates of delivery on us and when I called to see where the truck was they said it would be there on Sunday or monday Tuesday came...still no truck, I called their horrible customer service and they said they would be there around Then at 12pm the truck driver called me and says the truck is smoking and he wont be there that day
Wednesday comes and customer service told us the truck is "still at the mechanic"And they couldnt give us an estimated dateAfter complaining multiple times and talking to their lying b*** of a supervisor, they told us the truck would get here 12-5pm on thursdayThe truck finally got here (after 5pm)
They want you to pay upfront before they unload the truckI obviously protested stating that im not paying a dime until I see my stuff is all there and in good conditionThe one guy gave me such an attitude and closed the doors to the truck with our stuff still in it even though I already payed 70%The other truck driver who wasnt contracted through rhino agreed with us and started to unload the truck by himselfThis guy moved all our stuff by himself while the other guy sat on his phone in the cab and also told us that the truck never broke down, they had to deliver other peoples stuff to Massachusetts firstThe company and the other truck driver blatantly lied to us!!I confronted the other jerky guy who told us the truck had been smoking, and he STILL tried to lie to us and this time said it was their tire that they had a problemGive me a break
not to mention that *** was wearing sandals( completely innapropriate attire for moving)I confronted him again about why he wasnt helping the other guyHe was obviously Spanish with english as a second language..I can tell by his heavy accent we speak spanish and asked him if we could converse in spanish so we could communicate easierHe said he only spoke english...another lie I asked him what he spoke and he told me to *** off
We paid for a full service move and ended up moving half the stuff ourselves
We were the last drop off and there was still stuff in the truck that wasnt ours...they asked us if we wanted it anyway! I feel bad for the people that didnt get all their stuff...we told them they should ship it to them but you know they will just junk it
Oh and by the way they are a broker, even though they willt.ry to tell you they are not and own all their trucksAnother lie
Never again will I use a moving companyI hope these people get investigated for fraud

When I was quoted, Jonathan said I have to do nothing except packing my boxes, couple of days before the moving day Fred calls and tells me, actually it's my responsibility to wrap glass pieces, furniture with glass, mirrors, mattresses, and corners The movers use the blankets and plastic wrap and said they are doing me a favor for not charging me for it since only the blankets are free but they need to use tape to keep it together, first time I heard of it
The driver who picked up the items said their quotes are off almost all the time, and the driver who deliver my items joke around if I want to shop for other stuff in the truck
They damaged the door frame of my bedroom when picking up, the desk hutch was damaged when delivered, side burner of the grill was bend in when delivered, not working anymore, and the worst and disappointing is the lost items
My coffee table and sides table are now unusable since they lost the glass tops The driver who deliver said to contact the office I called and told them about the glass tops and ask what is the next step, send the email with specific description and I am still waiting to hear from them, that was about days ago
They are avoiding my calls and emails, if I call from my number I get put on hold or transfer to a voicemail, I tried from a different number and I got to talk with someone, Britney, and she said they are still looking and if not found by a certain day to file a claim I don't know if they were found or not since no one contact me or answer, and the day she mention to be found by has already passed
If you ever move do not choose them because of the lower price, you will pay later, choose someone who comes out and looks at your stuff and gives you their card and number, my first experience with movers for long distances, too bad it was such a bad one

I was overcharged by nearly cu ft! The loaders that packed up my house stacked things in a "secure fashion" which maximized square footageWhen my belongings were delivered, by another company, they fit everything into a cu ft space on their truck (billed cu ft)Despite what they claim, they can subcontract your move out to other moving companies
Somewhere along the way and shuffling it between trucks, they managed to lose and damage multiple items
DO NOT gamble your belongings on this untrustworthy company! If your quote comes from a company using EliteMovingOPS, take your business elsewhereWhen you call "Rhino Relocation" you're really speaking to a 3rd party company!
They locked me in with a low rate, called me after my down payment was no longer refundable to revise my estimate to a "worst case" scenario, then raised the price again after loading the items on the truckDO NOT TRUST THEIR QUOTES! They will bait and switch!
I've tried to resolve this issue with the company multiple times through calls and emailsEvery time I call they literally haon me and they've stopped responding to emails

Absolutely the best moving company I have dealt with! They were very personable, professional, quick and officiant! They even took my daughters crib apart so they could fit it around the corner to get it into her bedroom! I would 100% recommend them!

These guys are as fast as they come inThey had my entire bedroom moved from the 12th floor of one building to the 6th of another (only one flight of stairs though) in hoursI will be using them again

I was thoroughly impressed with their team. The movers were excellent- careful with our stuff, time efficient, and polite. The owner, is really nice and I'd highly recommend their team if you need to move. Their prices are really fair too.
